Description
The “Senior” armchair, crafted by Jorge Zalszupin and manufactured by l’Atelier in the 1960s, features an inverted T-shaped chrome steel frame that supports both the seat and backrest. The generous width of the seat combined with the gently curved backrest provides exceptional comfort.
Thanks to its unique design, this armchair can be appreciated from all angles, making it an ideal choice for placement in the center of a spacious room.
While the chrome displays some minor blemishes and the typical wear that comes with age, the cushions have been freshly reupholstered in a soft red fabric.
These armchairs embody the hallmark traits of the acclaimed Brazilian designer: originality, elegance, comfort, and a sense of lightness. The last few images features the same model in vintage as well as contemporary publications.
