Description

Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this spectacular Brazilian modern low armchair by Jorge Zalszupin. Introduced in 1973, this model, known as the "Commander," was specifically created to cater to Brazil's expanding office furniture market. The chair was initially designed with casters and later a fixed model was produced. The seat and backrest are crafted from a single curved fiberglass volume and have been upholstered with black leather, while the armrests are made with a solid aluminum piece. Not only does this chair exhibit remarkable beauty and thoughtful design, but it is also renowned for its exceptional comfort, featuring a reclining mechanism and a swivel base. Meticulously refinished and re-upholstered in black leather, this armchair is in excellent condition and proudly displays the patrimony plaque beneath the seat (see attached image).
