About the Designer

Novo Rumo

Francesco Scapinelli, an architect and ceramist who had previously worked with his older brother, the renowned designer Giuseppe Scapinelli, founded Studio Novo Rumo in São Paulo. Some people may mistake Novo Rumo furniture for L'Atelier's because several former L'Atelier employees went to work with Scapinelli at Novo Rumo.
