This spectacular mid-century modern credenza was designed by Carlo Hauner and Martin Eisler for their company, Forma, pioneers in the Brazilian modern design industry during the country's industrialization. Crafted from the finest Brazilian rosewood, also known as jacaranda, this credenza features four drawers, four sliding doors, ample shelving, and exquisite angled legs, iconic of Forma's work in the fifties.
The wood has been expertly refinished, revealing stunning veins throughout the entire piece. Despite some age marks, the credenza is in excellent condition. The manufacturing seal is located on the back of the credenza. This piece belonged to a private collection in Rio de Janeiro.
