Designed by Carlo Hauner (1927–1997) and Martin Eisler (1913–1977) for Forma S/A Móveis e Objetos de Arte in the 1950s, this bar cart exemplifies the structural clarity and material confidence of mid-century Brazilian modernism. Hauner and Eisler’s work at Forma played a central role in defining a design language that merged European modernist principles with Brazilian materials and craftsmanship, a synthesis clearly articulated in this piece.
