Description

This is a very rare and well-preserved MP-113 armchair with an ottoman, designed by Percival Lafer in Brazil during the 1970s. The set is crafted from two solid blocks of injected foam and features the original burgundy faux leather upholstery. The armchair includes a headrest and a deep seat for extra comfort, along with convenient side pockets for storing magazines. The upholstery has been reconditioned and is good shape. Injected foam furniture was a signature style of Percival Lafer during the 1970s, and this piece showcases his design aesthetic. It also includes the manufacturing label and can be found on page 126 of Percival Lafer's book (attached images).
