Description
Designed by Giuseppe Scapinelli in the 1950s, this set of eight dining chairs exemplifies his mastery in blending Italian design influences with Brazilian woods and materials. The chairs feature a hardwood structure finished in ebony, with sculpted backs and legs that are signature elements of Scapinelli’s style. The seats have been reupholstered in luxurious beige leather, complementing the sleek ebony finish.
Expertly refurbished, the wood is in excellent condition, maintaining the chairs' vintage charm. Originally from a private residence in Rio de Janeiro, this set now graces our gallery, paired with a Giuseppe Scapinelli dining table. The ensemble creates a stunning vignette, perfect for mid-century modern settings, yet versatile enough to enhance contemporary, modern, or eclectic interiors.
