Description

This beautiful pair of armchairs features a frame made from caviuna hardwood and seats upholstered in gray linen. The refinished wood highlights the sleek style of the slim armrests and legs. The linen cushions have been expertly reupholstered by one of Brazil's top upholsterers, and despite some signs of age, the armchairs are in excellent condition.

While crafted during Brazil's modernist era (1940s-1970s), these armchairs incorporate Art Deco elements, noticeable in the woodwork detailing on the legs and arms. This exemplifies the high quality of design and furniture craftsmanship prevalent during the 1950s in Brazil.
