Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We offer two shipping options.

  • Buyer to arrange collection.
  • Arrange a call/ message with the FOUND logistics team who will contact you to discuss the delivery. Please make sure to include your full shipping address as well as a phone number to contact you at.

Found Collectibles offers domestic delivery in the United States. Contact us directly for delivery quotes. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies, and we cannot control shipping rates.

We do ship internationally. Items will be insured with shipping carriers to the full value of the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.

DELIVERY

Found Collectibles works closely with various third-party delivery services who are affordable and insured. We are happy to get quotes for you, as well as coordinate with delivery services. *Please note* Delivery is not included in furniture purchases and delivery companies are not affiliated with Found Collectibles .

Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. If you choose to coordinate shipping with a third-party delivery company, we request that you get a certificate of insurance (COI) that insures said item to full value.

RETURN POLICY

A return for an item may be initiated within 5 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in the same condition it was received otherwise restoration costs will be billed up to the full value of the item. Return shipment must be insured for full value.

Items purchased online may be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery to Found Collectibles gallery located in 255 West 36th St., Suite 502, NYC, NY, 10018. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Merchandise returned will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
