The "Alex" dining table exemplifies the Brazilian modernist movement and the influence of architects designing for Brasilia in 1960. Originally belonging to Furnas, a regional power utility under Eletrobras, established in 1957, this table is crafted from Brazilian rosewood, also known as jacaranda. It showcases a sturdy X-shaped base with chrome finishes and a substantial glass tabletop, comfortably accommodating four people. The wood has been meticulously refinished, ensuring the table is in superb condition.
